As incoming President of Urban Financial Services Coalition - New York Chapter (UFSC-NY), it is my goal to continue the legacy of the organization that started in 1974, while building new relationships and expanding on current relationships that enhanced and were successful in meeting the challenges that impacts the organization and UFSC-NY Chapter today. 
 
We will specifically address the needs of membership and work to reengage members and attract a diverse group of financial service professionals to join UFSC-NY Chapter. 
 
In continuing to support the Mission of UFSC nationally and locally, the Chapter will continue to provide professional development programs for junior, mid-level and senior professionals; networking opportunities; community service initiatives; mixers; scholarship and awards dinner; career fairs in conjunction with co-sponsors and  stakeholders.
 
We are always looking for volunteers to serve on our committees - programs, newsletter, membership, public relations, web/technology, career fair, community relations, finance, scholarship/mentoring program, professional development.  I would love to hear from you, please contact me at president@ufscny.org.
